Content and Goals
The seminar allows students to put their theoretical knowledge of strategic IT and Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) into practice. In close cooperation with industry partners, concrete problems of practitioners are worked on within the framework of so-called mini-projects. Students become familiar with the various facets of IT and EA management and can present tangible results.

Learning objectives:
After completing the module, participants will be able to:
- develop solutions to real-world problems
- apply relevant methods, standards, and best practices
- recognize typical problems in the practical implementation of Strategic IT Management and EAM methods and propose adequate solutions
- explain socio-economic and technical contexts in the context of Strategic IT Management and EAM using concrete examples
Expected prior knowledge
- Completed Bachelor's degree with an IT focus
- Basic knowledge of software engineering (software architectures, process models, modeling, etc.)
- Successful participation in the lecture SITM & EAM (IN2089) or SITM (CIT4230000)
