Title

Observing the Learning Process of a Large-Scale Agile Development Program - A Case Study from the Technology Sector

Motivation

For the past years, several case studies have been conducted, observing recurring concerns from different stakeholders in a Large-Scale Agile Development Program. As a result a Pattern Catalog addressing some of the observed concerns has been created, visualizing the relation between recurring concerns and observed patterns addressing these concerns.

In a next step, we want to observe the learning process when introducing these good practices to a Large-Scale Agile Development Program.

Goal

Observing and visualizing the current LeSS-process implemented at the case study partner. Collecting the experiences from different stakeholder's viewpoint and identifying recurring concerns. Identifying good practices observed in other corporations, which can help address the recurring concerns. Finally observing the learning process after the good practices have been introduced to the Lare-Scale Agile Development Program.

Research Questions

RQ1: How has LeSS been adopted and applied at the case study partner?

RQ2: What are recurring concerns of stakeholders at the product organization of the case study partner?

RQ3: What are good practices for addressing recurring concerns of stakeholders of the product organization of the case study partner?

RQ4: Which bad practices should be avoided in the product organization of the case study partner?

RQ5: What are the lessons learned of implementing already observed best practices in the product organization of the case study partner?
