Design und Implementierung eines Frameworks für adaptive, wissens-intensive Prozesse in einem Wiki
Abstract
Soziale Software dient dem Aufbau und der Pflege von Gemeinschaften, indem Kommunikation und Austausch computergestützt ermöglicht werden. Durch sie können Anwender kollaborativ Inhalt entwickeln und erweitern und Wissen sammeln und dokumentieren. Aus diesen Gründen hilft die Verwendung von sozialer Software beim Geschäftsprozessmanagement: Geschäftsprozesse können effektiver und flexibler gestaltet werden. Desweiteren erlaubt eine engere Einbindung von Daten in die Prozessausführung offenere und freiere Prozessdefinitionen.
Die Arbeit ist Teil eines PhD-Projektes zur Entwicklung neuer Modellingparadigmen, welche es ermöglichen, dass Anwender gemeinschaftlich Workflows designen und adaptieren. Ziel der Arbeit ist das Design und die Implementierung einer wiki-basierten Anwendung für kollaboratives Prozessmanagement. Diese Anwendung hält die Daten bei der Prozessausführung, erlaubt eine einfache Anpassung der Prozesse und nutzt das Expertenwissen der Anwender bei der Gestaltung der Prozesse.
