The Evolution of Scaling Agile Practices
Since the 90s the idea of agile problemsolving exists, but only in the recent years have companies recognised its value. To help big companies apply agile methods on a company level, practices for the scaling of those agile methods have been developed. As the market for those is quite new, but already filled with many different approaches, we aim to give an overview over the matureness of those practices, as well as their history and their influences on, and dependencies between each other. In this Thesis we will outline the existing Scaling Agile Practices via a short literature review. After finding all relevant practices, we will conduct interviews with the developers of those practices to complement the information found in the literature review. All findings will then be condensed into six informative graphics.
