- Introduce Jira metrics with SAP Commerce Cloud teams based on a goal-based metric adoption process
- Communicate gained knowledge within the organization by leveraging, for example, communities of practice

- Which metrics should be introduced based on cost-benefit considerations?
- Which data quality improvement measures should be implemented to increase the metric trustworthiness?
- How can metrics support agile teams (bottom-up)?
