A research paper has been accepted for the doctoral consortium at the 7th International Conference on Research Challenges in Information Science. In the paper entitled "Bridging the Gap between Social Software and Business Process Management: A Research Agenda", the author Matheus Hauder presents a research agenda for a more effective and flexible design of business processes using social software. Main goal of this project is the development of a new modeling paradigm that empowers end-users to collectively design and adapt workflows in a bottom-up fashion. |
