Dear students,
Currently our chair is offering an opportunity to write Master's thesis in collaboration with Wikimedia Foundation. The goal of the project is the analysis of the architectures of the well-known wiki systems MediaWiki (used by Wikipedia) and WikiBase (used by Wikipedia's extension WikiData). In this context you will travel to the headquarters of the Wikimedia Germany located in Berlin. Travel costs will be covered by the project holders.
Prerequisites for the participation in this project are advanced software engineering skills and knowledge about software architectures. If you are interested, please send your CV and transcript of records to klym.shumaiev@tum.de .
