The article Supporting ad hoc Analyses on Enterprise Models has been accepted for publication at EMISA 2010. In the article the author team (Sabine Buckl, Jens Gulden, and Christian M. Schweda) present a building-block based approach to enable stakeholders to create ad hoc viewpoints on enterprise models. These viewpoints are complementingly operationalized via a model-transformation based method for generating visualizations.


Two articles on EA management accepted at MCIS 2010

The articles Enterprise Architecture Management from a knowledge management perspective – Results from an empirical study and Investigating the state-of-the-art in enterprise architecture management method in literature and practice have been accepted for publication at MCIS 2010. In the first article the author team (Victoria Struck, Sabine Buckl, Florian Matthes, and Christian M. Schweda) present empirical findings on typical EA management activities from a knowledge management perspective. In the second article the author team (Katharina Winter, Sabine Buckl, Florian Matthes, and Christian M. Schweda) describe a literature survey on EA management activities and the empirical analysis of the survey's results.


Article on Modeling Language for Describing EA Management Methods...

The article A Modeling Language for Describing EA Management Methods has been accepted for publication at MobIS 2010. In the article the author team (Sabine Buckl, Florian Matthes, and Christian M. Schweda) elicit requirements for a modeling language for EA management methods and assesses well-established modeling languages from bordering fields in respect to their suitability.


Speed date with sebis at CAiSE Forum 2010

Three posters of sebis are presented at CAiSE Forum by Sabine Buckl and Christian M. Schweda with the kind assistance of Prof. Dr. Erik Proper from CPR Henri Tudor. The topics leightweight approach to EA modeling and documentation, tool-based support for organization-specific EA management, and generative approach to stakeholder-specific EA views are presented for 10 minutes each, until bell calls each group in the audience to switch to another poster. Over the total time, every visitor of CAiSE forum has the possibility to hear 9 presentations.
