The article A Conceptual Framework for Enterprise Architecture Design has been accepted for publication at TEAR 2010. In the article the author team (Sabine Buckl, Florian Matthes, Sascha Roth, Christopher Schulz and Christian M. Schweda) discuss on terms widely used in EA management such as principle, strategy or goal. Relating these terms to a framework well-grounded in basic work on design activities, the paper provides further insights into the highly controversial terminology and proposes a strict understanding for the terms that may support future research.

In the article A Lightweight Approach for Enterprise Architecture Modeling and Documentation following the CAiSE Forum Presentation the author team (S.Buckl, F.Matthes, C.Neubert, and C.M.Schweda) details on wiki-based mechanisms that can be used to document an EA. Complementing the bottom-up documentation approach, the article further sketches, how the wiki-based documentation can serve as basis for collaborative ontology development and engineering in the context of EA management.

The article Supporting ad hoc Analyses on Enterprise Models has been accepted for publication at EMISA 2010. In the article the author team (Sabine Buckl, Jens Gulden, and Christian M. Schweda) present a building-block based approach to enable stakeholders to create ad hoc viewpoints on enterprise models. These viewpoints are complementingly operationalized via a model-transformation based method for generating visualizations.

The articles Enterprise Architecture Management from a knowledge management perspective – Results from an empirical study and Investigating the state-of-the-art in enterprise architecture management method in literature and practice have been accepted for publication at MCIS 2010. In the first article the author team (Victoria Struck, Sabine Buckl, Florian Matthes, and Christian M. Schweda) present empirical findings on typical EA management activities from a knowledge management perspective. In the second article the author team (Katharina Winter, Sabine Buckl, Florian Matthes, and Christian M. Schweda) describe a literature survey on EA management activities and the empirical analysis of the survey's results.
